Ella Young (1867-1956) was an Irish poet and Celtic mythologist. She was active in the Gaelic and Celtic Revival literary movement of the late 19th and early 20th century. Young was also an author of poetry and children’s books. She immigrated to the United States from Ireland in 1925 and found a revitalizing natural beauty and a wide circle of friends among the artists and bohemians of the mid-century.
